1. What EcoTrade is

EcoTrade is a barter platform. Users list physical items they own and arrange to swap them with other users in person, at their own risk. No money changes hands through the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. What you can list

You may only list items you legally own and have the right to trade. Prohibited items include: weapons, drugs, hazardous materials, live animals, counterfeit goods, and anything illegal in your jurisdiction. We remove listings and accounts that violate these rules.

4. In-person trades

Meet-ups happen off-platform. EcoTrade recommends meeting in public places at approved trading spots. We are not a party to any trade and are not responsible for the condition, safety, or legality of items exchanged.

5. Community conduct

Be honest, respectful, and safe. Harassment, hate speech, scams, and fraud will get your account terminated. Use the report button when you see something wrong.

6. Termination

You can delete your account any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcoTrade is not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform or from in-person trades.
